Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the RODROS website at rodros.com (the "Website") and, where stated, the RODROS project listing service accessed through the separate RODROS Listings platform at listings.rodros.com (the "Listings Platform"). By using the Website you agree to these terms.

2. The Two Websites

The Website at rodros.com is a corporate and information website. Live project listings are displayed, browsed and managed separately on the Listings Platform at listings.rodros.com. Additional terms presented on the Listings Platform apply to the use of that platform, including listing submission, account access and payment.

3. Nature of the Service

RODROS provides an online marketing platform through which project owners may promote projects and capital requirements, and through which potential capital providers may discover those projects and make direct contact.

RODROS does not provide investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, valuation advice or recommendations. RODROS does not act as an investment adviser, investment manager, broker, placement agent or regulated arranger. RODROS does not arrange transactions and does not hold client or investor money. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, recommendation or invitation by RODROS to purchase, subscribe for or sell any investment.

4. No Guarantee of Results

RODROS does not guarantee investor interest, investor enquiries, introductions, meetings, offers, investment, funding or transaction completion. Payment for a listing does not guarantee any outcome.

5. Project Listings and Subscriptions

  • The RODROS Professional Listing is charged at the monthly price displayed on the pricing page, currently £250 per month.
  • The minimum initial subscription term is three months, giving a minimum initial commitment of £750.
  • The listing remains live while subscription payments are current.
  • RODROS may review each listing before publication and may request amendments.
  • RODROS may reject or remove unsuitable, unlawful, incomplete or misleading submissions.
  • Cancellation after the minimum term, payment terms and listing removal are managed in accordance with the subscription terms confirmed at the point of purchase on the Listings Platform.

6. Project Owner Responsibilities

Project owners are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, lawful, current, complete, not misleading and authorised for publication. Project owners must have the legal authority to market the project or opportunity. Project owners remain responsible for compliance with all law and regulation applicable to the promotion of their opportunity.

7. Investor Responsibilities

Investors are responsible for conducting their own legal, financial, commercial, technical and regulatory due diligence and for obtaining independent professional advice before making any investment decision. Any communication, negotiation or transaction between a project owner and an investor is undertaken independently of RODROS.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Website to submit unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or infringing content; to interfere with the operation or security of the Website; to harvest data; or to send unsolicited communications. Prohibited listings include unlawful offers, prohibited products, fraudulent information and projects marketed without authority.

9. User Submitted Information

By submitting content, including through the contact form, you confirm you are entitled to provide it and that it is accurate. RODROS may decline to act on any submission.

10. Intellectual Property

The RODROS name, logo, website content and design are the property of RODROS or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission, other than for normal personal viewing of the Website.

11. External Links

The Website contains links to the Listings Platform and may contain links to third party websites. RODROS is not responsible for the content of third party websites.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, RODROS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss arising from any decision made in reliance on information displayed on the Website or the Listings Platform, and RODROS's total liability in connection with the listing service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid for the relevant listing.

13. Privacy and Cookies

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Cookies are used in accordance with the Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

RODROS may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your use applies.

15. Governing Law
