The listing is billed monthly at £250. Billing details, payment methods and renewal terms are confirmed during the listing process on the RODROS Listings platform.

Yes. After the minimum three month term you can cancel in line with the subscription terms. The listing remains live while subscription payments are current.

No. RODROS reviews each listing before publication and may request amendments or reject unsuitable, unlawful, incomplete or misleading submissions.

Yes. You can update your listing through the listing management area while your subscription is active.

RODROS cannot predict or guarantee a number of enquiries. Payment for a listing does not guarantee enquiries, introductions, investment or funding.

The Professional Project Listing service is a monthly subscription. There is no standard percentage based success fee for the listing service itself.

Refund terms are set out in the subscription terms agreed at the point of purchase. The minimum three month commitment applies from the start of the listing.

Genuine projects with a real capital requirement, submitted by an owner or representative with authority to market the opportunity. RODROS may decline listings that fail its standards.

Enquiries go directly to the project owner or nominated representative. All follow up discussions, due diligence and negotiations take place independently of RODROS.
